At WETSU Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our facility.
